Shipping & Returns Policy

PROCESSING

Orders within the U.S. ship within seven business days from the order date. We do our best to accommodate requests for faster or delayed processing. Most orders ship out within two business days.

WARM WEATHER COMMITMENT
We ship year-round with a commitment to keep your order properly cooled and in great shape on arrival, including the use of warm weather packaging as needed. If your order is best shipped after the weekend to avoid holding delays in warm facilities, we will notify you if this would delay the shipment. If you receive something other than great shape, please let us know, and we’ll help resolve it for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation is guaranteed until the order is prepared for shipment. Even after the guaranteed window, we do our best to cancel any order upon request.

SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Once you are signed up to receive Som shipped to your door via our Som club, you will have the option to adjust your frequency, flavors, and shipping location in your account. Upon signing up for the Som Club, you commit to a minimum of three billing cycles. Subscriptions are available for monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly shipments.

RETURN POLICY
You may return new, unopened items within seven days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll pay return shipping costs if the return results from our error. Refunds will be issued within five business days of the product's return to our facility.
